Impact

Gas can be save by checking if the input amount is 0 while mint and burn operation

Proof of Concept

1. Navigate to https://github.com/Swivel-Finance/gost/blob/v2/test/swivel/Swivel.sol
2. Observe that both splitUnderlying and combineTokens function are missing checks for 0 amount
3. In case of 0 amount function will execute but no changes will be made, wasting gas

Recommended Mitigation Steps

Add a new require statement to see if input amount >0
