The NameWrapper.renew-function is unused. I suspect it is supposed to be called in EthRegistrarController.renew. This has the implication that the expiry of fuses can not be updated except by unwrapping and rewrapping a name (assuming the CANNOT_UNWRAP fuse is not burned yet).
